Biography
With more than 25 years research experience across both agency and client side, Lisa specialises in providing brand, customer, and product tracking studies (ad-hoc and continuous) for clients across various sectors including healthcare, FMCG, retail and financial services. Experienced in end-to-end management of tracking studies including; questionnaire and sample design, field research supplier management, data gathering, database checking and analysis, and client reporting. Lisa's client list includes a major International biscuit brand,  international healthcare companies (project work in UK and Europe), a worldwide online subscription service and the Australasia part of our global restaurant brand tracking study to name but a few.
