The 20th year of business has also been marked with a new website design and layout. Whilst keeping the brand identity of Researchcraft true, new images and navigation systems bring the company back up to date. The site is totally mobile friendly and has been optimised and designed to work on all technology; PC, tablet and phone.
More user / client friendly it allows users to navigate through the site, answering questions that new clients to research may not have had answers to in the past.
The FAQ section will allow potential research buyers to check they are on the right site for them and a new system of categorising types of research undertaken and sectors worked in will allow any client or marketing agency to quickly find answers they are looking for.
The site also gives new insight into the depth of research and marketing experience held within the company giving clients confidence that they are in safe hands and being able to put a face to a name.
